Each assignment shall be carried out by qualified and experienced professionals with specific expertise in the relevant field, under the supervision of a Partner.

We can be trusted to act with discretion, guarantee confidentiality and will always protect the identity of both Client companies and candidates.

We shall keep the Client constantly informed of all developments and remain in joint agreement upon the main actions to be taken at the different stages of the project.

We shall undertake to present suitable candidates in the shortest time possible, as planned and agreed with the Client; should the job market situation not allow us to meet such terms, the search will continue until the position is completed to the satisfaction of the Client company.

Each assignment is understood to be exclusive, on a retained basis and carried out under a partnership approach, in order to protect the image of the Client in the marketplace.
